About ‘Strawberries for Two’
This shamelessly romantic and nostalgic piece will be part of a Fruit Salad Suite but the other berry pieces are still ripening!
It is intended to be very lyrical, slightly quirky and rather old-fashioned ‘English’ sounding. As such it can be played many different ways as it is rhythmically quite simple which invites the melody to be interpreted with great flexibility, a personal touch and maybe even a humorous twist..?
